FOCUS ON QUALITY FROM BEGINNING TO FINISH

Founded in 1972, under the name "Human Bartan Bhandar", We modernized our manufacturing facilities with a new plant in 1980 in Delhi [National Capital of India]. All processes required to transform designs through to the finished products were integrated at a single location. It was an unprecented move in the industry at the time. More recently , our manufacturing facilities have also undergone major expansive with new ulta-modern plant at sonipat Haryana and have made remarkable growth in the domestic and export market.

PROCESS

To start with, we cut high-grace stainless steel coil into different shapes and sizes according to the buyers need. The machinery used in the very top and at the engineering and reliability, the therefore we have invested in high quality double-action power press at our new Sonipat manufacturing facility.

BUFFING AND POLISHING

In addituon to manual buffing machines, this department is equipped with high quality polishing machines inorder to ensure extra smooth finishes and consistent quality every single time.

SURFACE FINISHED / ELECTROPLATING

Our modern, single roof manufacturing facilities include an ulta modern electroplating plant which ensures durable plating, as well as an electrostatic powder coating plant that basic color coatings do not fade or chip-off. infact our latest coating plant makes it possible for us to offer attractive color with long lasting finishes with the help of latest equipment as per international standard.

TRINGENT QUALITY STANDARDS

As our products are vigorously inspected by a panel of experts, we also subject our surface finishes to destructive test in order to maintain the specified standard of the buyers.
